Refund policy

At Swift Commercial Furniture, we aim to provide high-quality products and excellent service. Please review the following policy for returns, cancellations, and refunds for business customers.

We hope that you will be delighted with your new furniture, however, we understand that sometimes items need to be returned. If, unfortunately, goods arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery on 07591192329 or info@swiftcommercialfurniture.com and we will help to resolve the issue.

Should you wish to return anything, please ensure the following:

  • You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to return an item. Please email info@swiftcommercialfurniture.com, quoting the original order number, product code, quantity, and reason for the return.
  • Our returns policy does not apply to end of line or clearance products.
  • Our returns policy does not apply to any table top that has been drilled outside of Swift Commercial Furniture or has been modified to suit your own base.
  • Returns are unavailable once products have been assembled or installed.*
  • Any returned goods must be as new and free of defects as when they were received; please ensure that the goods are packaged in the same way they were received, preferably in the original packaging. Credit will only be released following a full quality check of returned goods.
  • Please be aware that return charges may apply, such as collection and re-stocking fees.

*If products are damaged or faulty please contact customer success within 7 days.

1. Order Cancellations

Once an order is confirmed, cancellations may be accepted only at our discretion.

If accepted, cancellations may be subject to a [X]% cancellation fee to cover administrative and restocking costs.

2. Returns

Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied goods.

Unused, undamaged goods may be returned at our discretion within 14 days, subject to a restocking fee of 5% of the order value.

3. Custom or Bespoke Orders

Custom-made, bespoke, or special-order items are non-returnable unless defective or not as described.

4. Damaged or Defective Goods

Claims for damaged or defective goods must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

5. Return Process

Goods must be returned to our specified address, in original packagin
